Element of  Information consist of 5W+1 H if I may say.

People who visit a site or blog mainly to seek information they need. The more complete the information obtained, the more satisfied they feel and hopefuly they  will more often visit your site or blog. Element of information that may be useful  for data / information seeker can be summarized in terms of 5W +1 H which stand for: who, what, when, where,  Why and How.
The first W is the Who, it concerns a person’s name, agency, company, or institution. If the information sought is about the people it should be explained fully his identity rather than names and also be mentioned rank, position, occupation of the person we are discussing.

The second W is what, which can be what happened, for example, traffic accidents, robberies, murders and so forth.

The third Element of Information is When, to explain the time, for example when the murder took place which includes day, date, month, year and hour.

The fourth W is Where, to explain the place of  the issues take place, such as which city, what country or what road. It could also be a school, home, apartment, airports and other places.

The fifth W  is Why. This element is to explain the reason or the cause of the issue. Why some one kill his/her friend, for example.

The last element of information is H which stand for How. With this element you can tell more detail about the case, accident or murder for example. How does a person commit the crime.

By fulfilling the element of information with 5H +1 H you could attract the visitors to visit your site or blog.
