Abdul Cholik was alumnus of the Armed Forces Academy of the Republic of Indonesia who graduated in 1974 on his first rank of Second Lieutenant and posted in Balikpapan Kalimantan Timur. He was retired in 2006 in the rank of Brigadier General of the Army. He has studied in several places including United States, India and Netherlands.
He started developing blogs in 2009 and now he has several blogs both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
